5. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 10-20% (depending on item size and condition) applies to large furniture returns (e.g., couches, sectionals, storage pieces) for change-of-mind. No fee for damaged/defective items.

6. Refunds

  • Issued to original payment method (processed within 5-10 business days after receipt/inspection).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error/damage.
